It’s one thing to say you want better list quality, but how do you achieve that?
- You need a list strategy. Do you send every offer to all recipients, or do you segment your sends?
- How is the quality of your list? Is it made up of people that have actually opted-in to receive your offers?
- Data hygiene is a must. Do you have a suppression file? Are you removing bounces and unsubscribes from your list? Are you re-engaging your subscribers?
