This month’s smoothie was made by Collette, in our Accounting Department. It tastes like a PB&J & Banana sandwich, but it’s healthy!
Here’s the smoothie recipe:
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp PB2
1/2 cup Raspberries
1 Banana, sliced
1 Handful of ice
Blend all ingredients and garnish with toasted coconut, if desired.
