Early in 2016 it was announced that American Name Services would be giving a “bonus” to each member of the ANS team for meeting our 2015 sales goal. The bonus was to be used to fund an ANS trip for each employee and a guest. Over the next several months, we will give a brief summary of where our employees have ventured.
Danielle is part of our Client Services team. She and her husband used their ANS trip bonus to go to San Diego, California! Danielle summarizes her trip below:
We loved our trip to San Diego! We got San Diego Go Passes, which included admission to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Safari Park. Watching the dolphin and sea lion show at Sea World was my favorite. It was awesome to watch the animals interact with their trainers.
Next we went to the San Diego Zoo. It is SO big that we ended up spending two full days there so we could spend time with each animal. We were lucky enough to have a chance to watch the feeding of a young jaguar on the second day.
The Safari Park was, by far, my favorite part of the trip. There was a mother tiger who just had four tiger cubs. We sat in front of their area for at least 45 minutes watching the cubs play with each other. The mom was also being very vocal, which the park rangers said wasn’t normal. At the end of the day, they had a whole set-up to get a cheetah to be able to run at it’s maximum speed. We were so close to the action and it was an incredible experience.
Of course, it wouldn’t have been a trip to California without some serious beach time. We spent a day at the Oceanside Pier and then walked around Old Town that night. The whole trip was beautiful & it was great to be able to spend some quality time together!
