List Management FAQs

If you have a list of customers, subscribers, or prospects, we can turn it into a substantial source of income through rentals to brokers and major mailers. How many names do I need?

For lists that are specific and fit in a niche that is in higher demand, we need 50,000 names or more. For lists that are more general, we recommend at least 250,000 names. These amounts help ensure we meet minimum order quantities and can generate more substantial revenue for you. Not sure which category your names fit into? Send us a message and we can help you!

Can I choose who uses my list?

Yes! We send you the mail piece or telephone script for each company that wants to rent your list. You decide whether or not to approve the rental before we begin the order process.

Some of our list owners prefer a more hands-off approach and do not want to be involved in each mail piece approval. If this sounds more your style, our list management team can take care of approvals in-house. Rest assured that only quality offers will be approved.

How often do I need to send data?

Whenever you have a significant batch of new names, that’s a good time to update. The more recent the data, the better it tends to sell. Many of our clients opt to send new data monthly or quarterly.

When do I get paid?

We cut you a check at the beginning of every month for the previous month of orders for which we’ve received payment. You also receive a report of orders that have been place and are pending payment. Keep in mind, it typically takes 4-6 months to receive your first check.

How much money can I expect?

Revenue varies greatly depending on list size, data quality, and niche.

How do you market my list?

Our marketing team highlights lists in email campaigns, on social media, in print, at trade shows and other face-to-face meetups. Our client services and sales teams also recommend your list to current clients whose offer fits your list well.

How do you protect my data from unauthorized usage?

We put “decoy” or seed addresses in every order to monitor the mail date and watch for duplicate mail pieces to the same address. Our decoy addresses are all over the country and well-monitored.
